This was some ride!Little Bodie sure did not have any idea of how to drive this train though - it was a very excitingvride! With some very terrific action scebes. So, I want to recommend this for five stsrs, kids ages 0-8 and in grades P-3. I was able yet to use KU to read and review this fo free and now in exchange I am leaving an honest review. Super job V ! My two and three year old were cracking up at this book! They wanted to read it again right away!
My child absolutely loves this book! Simple, easy words for a 3 year old to understand. Bright colors and actions that holds his attention! I gave it a 5 star rating for the simple fact that all of these books are.awesome!
My nieces and nephews love these books. They always make them giggle and ask for another one to be read to them.
My son (almost 6) loves these books!!! I can't wait to order him more books by this author!!!
8yo thought ...it was funny! He bonked into cows, chickens and other things. It is a laugh because the funny parts are really FUNNY!! And he finally found the World's Largest Marshmallows.
The book repeats key rhythms and phrases, reminiscent of an actual train chugging along.
WARNING - this book is bizarre and IMO inappropriate for kids. I started reading it to my 4 year old and was horrified that the train continually hits the penguin and various other animals throughout the "story". I guess this is supposed to be funny, but neither me nor my 4 year old thought so.
